Overview

This document describes the scope of testing for electrical cables in motor vehicles in accordance with DIN/TS 70112-1. A matrix is used to clearly define the tests to be performed in accordance with DIN/TS 70112-1 in specific situations and to classify them into different test groups. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 052-00-32 AA at Working Group NA 052-00-32-04 AK "Elektrische Fahrzeugleitungen" ("Automotive electrical cables") DIN Standards Committee Road Vehicles and Mobility (NAAutomobil).
