Overview
Electronic Fee Collection (EFC), which is based on Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC). The standard supports interchangeability between EFC system and EFC-DSRC application interface. This standard serves direct debiting application via DSRC, especially the definition of EFC data elements, which are not only used for direct debiting, but are also used for other DSRC applications.
