This document applies to test arrangements and test conditions for testing the efficiency of water treatment apparatus designed to reduce the release of corrosion products from components in a drinking water installation. These components include fittings, containers, pipes, and pipe connections. This document has been prepared by DIN-DVGW Joint Working Committee NA 119-07-09 AA "Werkstoffe im Kontakt mit Trinkwasser" ("Materials in contact with drinking water") at DIN Standards Committee Water Practice (NAW).
