Overview

This standard specifies dimensions and materials for stuffing boxes used in flanged slide valves according to VG 85033-1, VG 85033-2, VG 85034-1 and VG 85034-3. Together with the stuffing box according to VG 85057, the cap piece according to VG 85043 and the gaskets according VG 85554, the described cap nuts make up the sealing of the valve's spindle.
