Commercial and Professional Refrigerating Appliances and Systems, Performance and Energy Consumption

Standardization of Appliances and Systems for refrigeration for preparation, catering retail and wholesale of food and beverage related products such as: − refrigerated & frozen food display cabinets with or without incorporate condensing unit, − refrigerators & frozen food storage cabinets, − Walk In Cold Room, − ice maker and ice cream machines, − refrigerated food lockers, − gelato scooping cabinets and pozzetto scooping cabinets, − refrigerator and freezers for storage and display of medicine, plasma and laboratory. To these Appliances and Systems the following aspects are considered: − performance requirements and related test methods, − requirements and test methods for determination of energy consumption, − environmental performances declarations, tests and calculation methods. Safety aspects and ergonomic principles are excluded. Industrial scale production plants are excluded. Condensing Units and Chillers appliances are excluded.
