Overview
This standard applies to fasteners as described in Clause 3 and specifies terms for them, terms for the most important features of the parts and their abbreviations. When specifying descriptors in product standards, spelling according to precedence of the features is obligatory. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 067-00-01 AA "Referenznormen und Qualitätsmanagement" ("Reference standards and quality management") at DIN Standards Committee Fasteners (FMV).
