This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 067-00-09 AA "Verbindungselemente ohne Gewinde" ("Fasteners without thread") at the Fasteners Standards Committee (FMV). This standard specifies requirements for retaining washers intended for axially holding components on shafts. They are radially incorporated into grooves and enclose the groove base in a deflexible way with segments.
