Abstract
This document specifies the technical delivery conditions for semi-finished products, hot or cold formed bars, rods, wire, sections and bright products of standard grades and special grades of corrosion resistant stainless steels for general purposes. NOTE 1 General purposes include the use of stainless steels in contact with foodstuffs. NOTE 2 For general technical delivery conditions, see EN 10021. This document does not apply to components manufactured by further processing of the product forms listed above with quality characteristics altered as a result of such further processing.
