This document applies to hand-held concrete vibrators (internal vibrators). In addition to the requirements for general test conditions for hand-held concrete vibrators (internal vibrators) this document also describes requirements with regard to durability, the required performance level, mechanical strength and design. This document applies exclusively to hand-held concrete vibrators (internal vibrators). This document is to be used by manufacturers and users for the development and testing of hand-held concrete vibrators (internal vibrators).
