Overview
This International Standard specifies the electrical characteristics (capacitance, internal resistance, discharge accumulated electric energy, and voltage maintenance rate) test methods of lithium-ion capacitors (LIC) for use in electric and electronic equipment. There are no restrictions on the scope of this document. Application of this standard increases investment security for manufacturers and users, while testing laboratories and manufacturers are provided with defined information for testing.
