Overview
This document describes the test method for total run time of e-scooters with consideration to environmental conditions intended for the transport of individuals. It specifies the requirements for the test climate and the requirements and procedures for preparing the test specimen, the test equipment, the test procedure, and the test result. The document does not apply to the testing of small electric vehicles for disabled or elderly people, or small electric vehicles for transporting loads. The typical application example for this standard is the testing of the total run time of an electric kick scooter using the test method described.
