Overview
This part of the International Series of standards IEC 62471 is a Technical Report published as a Supplement. The document provides practical guidance for performing radiometric and spectroradiometric measurements relating to the extent of accessible radiation emitted by lamps and lamp systems in accordance with IEC 62471. The scope of this document does not contain any restrictions. This document is intended for manufacturers, testing institutes, and safety personnel who are responsible for performing (spectro)radiometric measurements in accordance with IEC 62471. It covers two different approaches to measurement, which differ in terms of accuracy and effort, and their application scenarios.
