Overview
The scope of application includes electrical and electronic household and office equipment. This document specifies methods of measurement of electrical power consumption in networked standby and the reporting of the results for edge equipment. This document applies to electrical devices and products in the voltage ranges 230 V a.c. for single-phase products and 145 and 400 V a.c. for three-phase products. Typical examples of applications are electrical and electronic kitchen appliances, printers, monitors, and computers.
