Overview
This part of the IEC 63356 series of standards comprises data sheets containing comprehensive specifications for specific LED light sources (LED lamps or LED modules). These are complete product specifications including, where necessary, information on interchangeability in terms of mechanical, electrical, and optical properties. The data sheets in this part of the IEC 63356 series of standards contain information on the shape of an LED light source, the rated length, the rated diameter, the rated current and rated voltage, the power range, and information on the light source base system. Conformity criteria relating to the data sheet parameters in this document are covered by IEC 63220 for safety and IEC 63221 for performance. The parameters contained in the data sheets of this document enable LED lamps and LED modules from different manufacturers to be interchangeable.
