Overview

This part of IEC 60904 describes methods for determining the degree of linearity of parameters of arbitrary photovoltaic (PV) installations with regard to test parameters. It is mainly intended for use in calibration laboratories, for manufacturers of PV modules and for system designers. The responsible Committee is K 373 "Photovoltaische Solarenergie-Systeme" ("Photovoltaic solar energy systems") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
