Abstract
This standard contains specifications concerning the protection of telecommunications systems and installations (protection of persons and of ojects) against influences caused by common mode (longitudinal) and differential mode (transverse) voltages and/or currents induced by electric power supply and traction systems via inductive, capacitive or conductive coupling. The general information, the relevant measurement and calculation methods and the limits that are induced in a telecommunications system by one or more power lines are described or specified, respectively, in this standard.
