Backscatter cargo/vehicle radiographic inspection systems
Abstract
This document applies to security systems that use X-ray backscatter imaging to inspect cargo, vehicles, and containers. The object of this document is to define general requirements and test methods related to performance, safety and other aspects of system functionality. For hybrid systems which produce transmission images as well as backscatter images, the image quality tests shall only be applied to the backscatter images.
