Abstract
This document applies to a communication protocol for applications in the field of data acquisition and the configuration of measuring instruments. The aim of this document is to provide a simply structured and resource-efficient communication language that is particularly suitable for implementation on low-performance embedded systems, such as those used in measuring instruments.
