Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Particular requirements for commercial electric conveyor dishwashing machines
Abstract
This draft standard deals with the safety of electrically operated commercial conveyor dishwashing machines for washing dishes, glassware, cutlery and similar reusable articles, with or without means for water heating or drying, not intended for household and similar purposes, their rated voltage being not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances connected between one phase and neutral and 480 V for other appliances. These conveyor dishwashing machines are designed to be connected to hot and/or cold water supply. Dishwashing machines making use of steam or hot water for heating purposes are also within the scope of this document
