Abstract
DIN EN IEC 60041 specifies methods for field acceptance tests used to determine the hydraulic performance of water turbines, storage pumps and pump turbines. It defines how to test whether contractually guaranteed performance characteristics are achieved and describes the necessary measurement and evaluation procedures. It also contains specifications for the execution, calculation and documentation of the tests, including rules for disputed test phases.
