Abstract
This part of IEC 63726-1 is a generic description of state-of-the-art sintering technologies used in manufacturing processes of components and circuits for electronic and power-electronic applications. It includes information about sinter materials, sintering processes, process equipment and process performance, test methods and evaluation of quality and reliability of sintered interconnects.
