Product specific rules for electrical accessories - General requirements
Abstract
This document defines product specific rules (PSR) for electrical accessories under the scope of TC23 and Sub Committees. This part 1 shall ensure consistency and interoperability for all products of TC23. This document shall be used in coordination with the relevant part 2. It specifies the processes and requirements on how to conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) based on IEC 63366:2025 in the context of environmental declarations covered by: • ISO 14021:2016 - Environmental labels and declarations: Self-declared environmental claims (Type II environmental labelling • ISO 14024:2018 Environmental labels and declarations: Type I environmental labelling. Principles and procedures. • ISO 14025:2006 Environmental labels and declarations: Type III environmental declarations. Principles and procedures.
