State of the railway vehicles - Control and instrumentation technology - Part 207-10: Speed measurement and display equipment
Abstract
The general scope of application of this document is specified in DIN 27200:2010-09, Sections 1 and 3.1. This document applies to the technical target state and testing of speed measurement and display devices of the following design types: – Conventional mechanical speed measurement system with tachometer; – Conventional electrical speed measurement system with tachometer; – Conventional electrical speed measurement system with modular driver's cab display device (MFA); – Speed measurement and recording device with digital display unit; – Speed measurement and recording device with MFA; – Distance and speed function with MFA display; – Distance and speed function with MFD display (multifunction display). This document shall be applied mutatis mutandis to railway vehicles of other types.
