Abstract
This document covers requirements and tests for Energy Manager for household and similar purposes, the word “similar” including locations such as offices, commercial and industrial buildings. (This Energy Manager can be called HEM “Home Energy Manager”, BEM “Building Energy Manager”, CEM “Customer Energy Manager”.) An Energy Manager is a solution monitoring and orchestrating the energy resources and loads at premises level. It can be a combination of device and / or software with a set of logical functions.
