Abstract
This document defines terms, abbreviations and symbols. An uppercase symbol represents an average or root-mean-square quantity and a lowercase symbol represents a peak quantity. For example, Pt represents an average amount of Transmitted Power, and pt represents a peak Transmitted Power.
