Abstract
This part of IEC 80000 establishes names, symbols, and definitions for quantities which are time-dependent. The items given in IEC 80000-17 are generally in conformity with the International Electrotechnical Vocabulary (IEV), especially IEC 60050-112 and IEC 60050-131.
