Abstract
This VDE preliminary standard specifies the minimum metrological and system requirements (energy and time measurement equipment) for stationary, conductive DC and AC charging stations in accordance with the DIN EN IEC 61851 series (VDE 0122) for the supply of electricity to electric vehicles.
