Application and processing of external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS)
Abstract
This standard is applicable for planning, design, execution and maintenance of external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) on masonry and concrete with insulating materials made of expanded polystyrene rigid foam (EPS), mineral wool (MW), wood fiber (WF), polyurethane rigid foam (PU) or phenolic resin rigid foam (PF) with reinforced base coat and top coat or flat facing. ETICS on other substrates and with different insulation materials and/or hard claddings are not within the scope of this document.
