Abstract
This series of standards lays down shape and meaning of graphical symbols in the technical documentation for scheme-drawings and plans such as general sketches and similar abstract descriptions for seagoing vessels, inland vessels, vessels of the Deutsche Marine (German Navy), national authorities as well as for offshore-units. This document lays down shape and meaning of graphical symbols for components for measures against vibration and sound. The graphical symbols are in accordance with the rules of DIN EN ISO 81714-1.
