Abstract

This topic has been submitted as a request for the development of a DIN SPEC according to the PAS procedure. The application is currently being examined. DIN SPECs are developed within workshops set up on a temporary basis. This document will be developed and approved by the authors who will approve the business plan This document contains essential details for the ascertaining of the time resources required both for compliance functions and for appointed representatives and internal auditors. This includes, among others, the areas of anti‑corruption, anti‑money‑laundering, data protection, information security, critical infrastructure, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, hazardous materials, radiation protection, product safety, quality assurance, and energy, including the requirements for the respective operational organization or management system. This document is particularly applicable to organizations appointing the above officers, and also the officers/auditors themselves, irrespective of whether they are employees or external specialists acting on behalf of the appointing organization. In addition, this document is also applicable to public authorities and courts as well as accredited organizations, expert organizations, experts, and technical assessors within the scope of their respective roles and responsibilities.
