Abstract
This part of IEC 61212 describes test methods for materials defined in IEC 61212-1. Materials that comply with this standard meet recognized levels of performance. However, the selection of a material by a user for a particular application should be based on the actual requirements for adequate performance in that application and not on this standard alone. Safety note It is the responsibility of the user of the procedures listed or referenced in this document to ensure that these procedures are applied in a safe manner.
