Mechanical vibration - Resilient elements used in railway tracks - Part 9: Laboratory test procedures for discrete resilient rail fastening systems

Abstract

This document specifies laboratory test procedures for determination of typical values which characterize the static and dynamic properties of resilient elements of rail fastenings (rail fastening systems of discrete rail supports). The type testing yields static and dynamic values which enable comparability of such vibration reducing elements and which can be used for evaluation of their efficiency.
