Floor screeds in building construction - Part 3: Base-bonded floor screeds
Abstract
This standard is applicable together with DIN EN 13813 and DIN 18560-1 for screeds that are produced in combination with the load-bearing substrate. Their purpose is to make the surface of a load-bearing substrate usable. They can be used directly (without a covering) or provided with a covering. DIN 18560-7 also applies to base-bonded floor screeds that are subject to high stresses. This standard does not apply to the laying of rigid coverings such as tiles and slabs directly in thick-bed mortar.
