Abstract
The purpose of the Technical Specification is to provide an overarching framework for Airborne Wind Energy Systems (AWES) within the IEC 61400-series. It shall be similar to IEC 61400-1 and -2 but with the appropriate changes in order to be applicable to AWES systems.
