Abstract

This document applies to industrial high-frequency dielectric heating equipment to perform thermal treatments (e.g. heating, joining by melting, fusing and drying of partially or non-conductive materials such as plastics, wood, rubber, textiles, glass, ceramics, paper, food, etc.), both in normal atmosphere and in protective atmosphere using e.g. inert gases or vacuum.
