Abstract

This document applies in the event of an identified need to dispose of (demolition and dismantling) or reuse onshore wind turbines, including dismantled components. This document describes all work on the turbine that is associated with the complete demolition and dismantling (also in the context of repowering) or the replacement of individual turbine parts or components. This also includes work in the context of repair, refurbishment or modernization (partial demolition, partial dismantling). It includes specifications for the planning, execution and follow-up of such work for the reuse of components and the proper recycling or disposal of the resulting materials.
