Abstract
This prestandard specifies requirements and test methods for checking the data on the ageing condition of the battery output by stationary battery energy storage systems with a battery management system. This standard applies to batteries. If the battery is divided into smaller units, a smaller unit can be tested as representative of the battery. The manufacturer shall clearly specify the unit to be tested. The manufacturer may add functions present in the battery to the tested unit.
