Abstract
This document describes test arrangements and test conditions for verifying the effectiveness of systems for the treatment of drinking water that are intended to protect components of a drinking water installation against corrosion. These components include Fittings, tanks, pipes and pipe connections. Part 1 of this document contains a general description of the factors influencing corrosion and the test procedure.
