Probabilistic evaluation of the effect of deterministic minimum requirements in standards

Abstract

This document specifies a procedure to verify quantitative minimum requirements as acceptance criteria for type examinations in standards and legislation for their effect in practice. For this purpose, it is analyzed whether the types that are not sufficiently safe according to probabilistic criteria are purposefully rejected or whether the types that are safe according to probabilistic criteria are not erroneously rejected.
