Abstract
This part of VDE 0682 is applicable to portable voltage testers, with or without a built-in power source, for use in electrical systems with AC voltages of 15 kV (single-phase systems grounded at one end) and 110 kV (single-phase systems grounded at the center) at a frequency of 16.7 Hz.
