Abstract
This standard contains test procedures for evaluating the behavior of a micro cable or fibre optic cable when it is blown into a microduct or protected microduct. Two variants are proposed: a layout which consists of two mandrels and a long straight section in between and a layout which consists of 3 mandrels which enforce the cable to be blown in to change the direction of curvature as it occurs in realistic blowing routes.
