Radiation protection instrumentation - Determination of uncertainty in measurement
Abstract
The determination of uncertainty according to ISO „Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in measurement” (GUM) is required by DIN EN and DIN IEC Standards on dosemeters and other instrumentation for radiation protection collected under VDE 0492 and VDE 0493. This VDE Guideline is aimed to support the GUM's application.
