Abstract
This document defines, as a basis for the other parts of IEC 63110, the communication and encoding technology, messages and parameters for the management of electric vehicles charging and discharging infrastructures. This document depends on Part 1 for architecture, general requirements, definitions, and use cases. This document covers the following features: • requirements on specific communication technology and message encoding technology; • profiles that define mandatory messages and features; • definition of messages and parameters; • definition of message flows; • security.
