Abstract
This part of IEC 61196 defines general requirements for hanging brackets for radiating cables, including terms and definitions, design and construction, ratings and characteristics, IEC type designation, requirements and test procedures, quality assessment, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage and etc. This part is suitable for hanging brackets for installation of radiating cables. These cables and their hanging brackets are widely used in long and narrow space as well as semi-enclosed and indoor environments, such as high-speed railways, subways and tunnels.
