Abstract

This guideline is a document which, based on the current status of operational practice, legal regulations and findings from research and municipal requirements/needs (specifications, key figures), is intended as a guide to support commercial users in particular in the professional establishment and optimization of their reuse company. It is aimed in particular at companies and institutions as well as public waste management authorities. The guide takes into account the following product groups, among others: Electrical appliances (brown goods, white goods, ITC technology, small household appliances, etc.); furniture; textiles; "household goods", books, sound recordings; toys and sports equipment (including bicycles). Based on the current state of operational practice, legal regulations and findings from research and municipal needs / necessities (specifications, key figures), this guideline is intended to support commercial users in particular in the professional establishment and optimisation of their reuse company.
