Bi-directional grid connected power converters - Part 3: EMC requirements and test methods (IEC 22E/229/CD:2022); Text in German and English

Abstract

This document specifies electromagnetic immunity and emission requirements for GCPCs with having one or more electric vehicle (EV) sections. GCPCs, solely with PV sections and/or battery sections are out of scope of this document. However, where a GCPC has an EV section in addition to PV sections and/or battery sections, this GCPC is in the scope of this document. This document covers bi-directional GCPCs connected to a public low voltage AC mains network or to other low voltage AC mains installations. However, some requirements relevant to grid interconnections are addressed by other standards, for example specifying power quality or their own grid codes in some countries.
