Abstract

This document defines terms for the parts of an implant body that are used in oral implantology as wellas the designation and determination of the dimensions and their data on the packaging of an oralimplant.Four general terms for diameter (endosteal diameter, platform diameter) and length (endosteal length,overall length) are defined and explained in examples.
