The working committee is responsible for standardization of one standardized definition, classification and terminology for assistive products for persons with diasbility. The specifications support the structure and transparency in the field of aids.
The working committee is responsible for DIN EN ISO 9999 Assistive products for persons with disability - Classification and terminology. This standard is part of the family of international Classifications of the World Health Organization (WHO-ICF).
