Abstract

Language skills are essential both in private and professional life. Study tours are one of the best ways to quickly acquire such skills. But the quality of firms offering such tours varies greatly. The quality standard DIN EN 14804 clearly describes the quality requirements these firms must meet. This bi-lingual (German-English) Pocket explains these requirements in an understandable manner, and will be not only be use for potential students, but also for travel agents, language schools etc.
