This document has been prepared by Standards Committee NA 140-00-05 AA "Kabel und Leitungen" ("Cables and wires") at DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE). It contains amendments to the VG 95218-28-1:2023-04 standard. This standard is applicable in conjunction with VG 95218-2 and the standards of the VG 95218-28 series for cables used to connect devices and systems. This standard specifies the requirements for shielded cables in accordance with VG 95218-28-2 through VG 95218-28-6, which shall be demonstrated by manufacturers within the scope of type testing.
